Contractual Facilitation Program Registration Program
Highlights of Each Program
Maximum Exposure - Our contracted clients always receive first consideration and priority to all new birthmothers contacting our office.
Less than half (approximately 40%) initial remittance fee required to contract on as a client and to begin the search process for a birthmother you deem suitable. Balance of facilitation fee due ONLY upon matching.
Limited clientele base (approximately 30) - Means fewer contracted families vying for the same potential placement.
Minimal number of profiles of contracted families are initially shared with a birthmother, dependent upon each birthmother's criteria, as well as client's.
Timeframe to be identified by a birthmother as a family she is interested in placing with is anticipated to be less than one year following remittance and distribution of your birthmother letter. Quickest matches within 2-3 days! (Note: A narrow/restrictive criteria may increase anticipated wait time!)
As part of Adoption Consultants, Inc.'s current outreach program, inclusion in our Adoption Book of Waiting Families (containing profiles of waiting families) distributed to organizations who assist birthmothers, such as hospitals, maternity homes, and pregnancy centers.
No re-match fees assessed should an adoption plan ever not successfully complete with a birthmother.
Contract “Freeze” available for up to one year's time should you need to temporarily halt the adoption process. Upon reactivating, the time frozen for will be added onto the contract's original expiration date.
Supplemental Exposure - Profile may be shared in the event a birthmother desires additional profiles to review after first reviewing profiles of any Adoption Consultants, Inc.'s contracted families whose criteria meet the birthmother's criteria.
Processing fee of $ 300 for 1 year or $ 400 for 2 years to cover processing charges and costs associated in sharing your profile with birthmothers in situations where your criteria meets a birthmother's criteria.
Full facilitation fee due upon “matching.”
Registration program is not limited. Therefore a greater number of profiles may be shared through this program.
As this program is not limited, the office cannot estimate an anticipated timeframe to enter into an adoption plan.
Inclusion in Adoption Book of Waiting Families, which is distributed to organizations who assist birthmothers. Registered participants will follow behind contracted families in the Adoption Book.
Should an adoption plan not successfully complete, the facilitation fee will be rolled over to a subsequent match and you will continue forward as a contracted client in the Contractual Facilitation Program for the duration and under the existing terms of Adoption Consultants, Inc.'s Facilitation Contractual Agreement.
Contractual Facilitation Program vs. Registration Program
Which program is right for me?
Start Up Fees
An initial remittance of less than half (approximately 40%) of Adoption Consultants, Inc.'s facilitation fee is due upon contracting on as a client, with the remaining balance ONLY becoming due upon a match! (Should you choose to terminate the adoption process pre-match for any reason the balance remaining will be waived.) The initial remittance fee is allocated towards: all printed advertising, including Yellow Page advertising which reaches into hundreds of communities with a population in excess of several million people; distribution of adoption materials disbursed to organizations who assist pregnant women; Internet presence; submission of your profile to potentially suitable birthmothers; overnight mailings, including Federal Express; long distance telephone charges (State-to-State and In-State), as well as an array of facilitation services.
No up front facilitation fee required. Nominal processing fee of $ 300 for 1 year or $ 400 for
2 years is assessed to cover processing charges and costs associated with sharing your profile with birthmothers the office is assisting where your criteria meets a birthmother's criteria. Remittance of full facilitation fee is due upon “matching.” (Note: Contracted families are not assessed a processing charge to have their profile shared. This cost is absorbed within their initial facilitation fee remittance.)
Because this program is not limited, any non-contracted family who wishes to have their profile shared with a birthmother may opt to do so should the situation become open to registered participants. The number of profiles shared through this program is dependent upon the number of registered participants who wish to have their profile shared when their criteria matches a birthmothers. Thus, there may be a greater number of families vying for available situations through this program.
Wait Time to Adopt
Adoption Book for Waiting Families
As part of the office's current outreach program, contracted families are included in our Adoption Book of Waiting Families distributed to organizations that assist pregnant women (hospitals, maternity homes, pregnancy centers) at no additional fee.
What Information can I Review Before Deciding to “Match”
You may review all available birth parent(s) background information, including medical/health and psychosocial questionnaires, available medical records and photographs. You may also choose to speak with and/or meet a birthmother prior to agreeing to a “match.”
The “matching” process is the same (reviewing materials, speaking with a birthmother, etc.) regardless of whether or not you are matched through the Contractual Facilitation Program or Registration Program.
Should an Adoption Plan not Work Out
Should your relationship with a birthmother not successfully complete for any reason, Adoption Consultants, Inc. does not assess any additional fees to re-start the search process and to render further services under the terms of your existing Facilitation Contractual Agreement. No re-match fees are ever assessed!
Should an adoption plan not successfully complete for any reason, you will continue forward as a contracted client and not be assessed additional fees to re-start the search process and for further services under the terms of your existing Facilitation Contractual Agreement.
“Freeze” on Contract
Does not apply.
Contractual vs Registration Program
Adoption Consultants, Inc. maintain a very limited clientele base, (30 clients approximately), maximizing our client’s exposure to birthmothers. Thus, when your criteria matches a birthmother’s criteria, your profile may be shared with her!
Number of Clientele Waiting to Adopt
Adoption Consultants, Inc. does not cap or limit our Registration Program participants.
Because of our limited Contractual Facilitation clientele, a minimal number of profiles of contracted families are initially shared with a birth mother, dependent upon each birthmother's criteria, as well as the clients'.
Number of Profiles Remitted to Birthmothers
Adoption Consultants, Inc. maintains a very limited clientele base, helping to facilitate a match within a reasonable amount of time. The timeframe for perspective adoptive parents to be identified by a birthmother as a family she is interested in placing with is anticipated to be less than one year following remittance of their profile. (Note: A narrow/restrictive criteria may increase wait time.) Our quickest matches have been within 2-3 days!
Because this program is not limited, there may be a greater number of families being shown to a birth mother in this program. Thus, the office cannot estimate an average time frame to enter into an adoption plan with a birthmother, although many families have been successfully matched through this program!
Should you need to temporarily halt the adoption process, you may freeze your Contractual Agreement for up to one year's time. Upon reactivating, the time frozen for will be added onto the contract's original expiration date.
